H. Jackson Brown, Jr. is an American author best known for his inspirational book, Life’s Little Instruction Book, which was a New York Times bestseller (1991–1994). It’s sequel Life’s Little Instruction Book: Volume 2 also made it to the same best seller list in 1993.

  4. Always good to be reminded of the bottom line. 1, 7, 18 and 19 are pivotal to help maintain equilibrium in my life.   7. Number (19) is really significant for me. When I started writing my first motivational book, there were times that I too really needed inspiration to go on. I started to wonder if I had the expertise (though I had given numerous lectures and conducted workshops in motivation and self-help and behavioural coaching). But I eventually said to myself, I am going to be bold and courageous in my undertaking. And so I did, completing my motivational ebook for Amazon kindle on May 27, 2015.
